3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only when all applicable conditions below are met:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue was reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Or, the customer requests a return of a new, unused, non-defective item within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories
  • The return is authorized by our team before the item is sent back

Used, installed, altered, or damaged items caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized handling are not eligible for return unless they were defective upon arrival and reported within the required timeframe.

4. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the information and, if approved, provide return or replacement instructions, including a prepaid return label when applicable.

5. Return Shipping and Fees

Do not send any item back without prior approval and return instructions from our team.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, we will provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

For approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be shipped within 7 days after return approval.

Restocking Fee: Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This amount will be deducted from the refund total. No restocking fee applies to approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims.

If you send an item back without authorization or without using the provided return instructions, we may refuse the return or deny reimbursement for shipping costs.

6. Refunds and Replacements

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution applies
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after final approval
  • If appropriate and available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items if they meet the return conditions above. Replacement items are shipped once the returned item is received and approved, unless we confirm another resolution in writing.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Non-defective items requested for return more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
  • Personalized, custom-made, or perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary products such as underwear, swimwear, or personal care items unless sealed and unused
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital items

9. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy
